SMS Terms

These terms describe Rexth3barber appointment messaging, operated by Ryan Rampersaud. Automated messaging is being prepared and is not active yet.
Messages and consent
When you select an optional SMS consent checkbox and submit your booking, you agree to receive automated texts from Rexth3barber at the number you provided about your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and appointment updates. Waitlist opening alerts will require consent when joining the waitlist. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you.
Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing services. These messages do not include promotional campaigns.
Stopping messages and getting help
Once messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email rexth3barber@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel an appointment; contact Rex to change or cancel it.
Delivery and your phone number
Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please provide a number you control and tell us if it changes. A waitlist alert does not reserve an appointment; an opening is only secured when the booking is confirmed.
Privacy
We do not sell, transfer, or share your text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle booking and messaging information.
