We collect your name, phone number, appointment details, waitlist requests, and any text-message consent you provide. We also process session cookies and technical information needed to secure and operate this website. Appointment records help us understand bookings and service activity.
How we use information
We use this information to arrange and manage appointments, respond to requests, maintain client records, prevent duplicate bookings and misuse, and operate the booking service. When messaging is activated, clients who opt in may receive the types of texts described when they give consent.
Service providers and sharing
We use Vercel to host this website and Supabase to store booking information. When enabled, Twilio will process phone numbers and message content to deliver texts on our behalf. Providers receive information needed to operate these services. Information may be processed outside Canada.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or share your mobile information for third-party marketing. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Consent applies only to messages from Rexth3barber.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to manage client relationships, appointment history, service operations, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Text consent is optional and is not required to book or purchase services. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us by email to withdraw consent or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
